Katie
Greenwood
Katie joined IIPros in July of 2003. She was a welcomed addition, starting
her career as service manager. Her duties included renewal negotiation
and general service resolution. Katie wanted more from IIPros and approached
management about a sales position. She read our minds. Her personality
was an exact fit to what a sales consultant calls for. Katie was able to
crush all her sales goals in the first year she started with IIpros. She
continues to impress the management with her talent and sales results. In
addition to impressing the folks at IIPros, she developed great relationships
with all her clients.
Jason Marty
We recruited Jason from the insurance carrier side to join our team. Jason was
always very responsive to our agency and took customer service to a level that
we hadn’t experienced from an insurance carrier representative in the past.
He thinks “out of the box” and will do what ever it takes to exceed
his client’s expectations. Jason grew up in Madison and has a family with
2 children. He enjoys aviation, golf and backpacking.
Larry
Jansen
Larry joined IIPros in 2000 as a partner. After graduating from the
University of Wisconsin Platteville in 1982 Larry has worked with area businesses
for over 20 years. He always wanted to help business survive and thrive
in this area knowing that employee benefits are a key component of that goal. Larry
has a family that includes 5 children with a grandchild. He
enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with his wife and kids. Quoting Larry

personal service to all of our clients is our goal.
Tiffany
Jenson
Tiffany graduated from UW-LaCrosse in 1997 and has worked in the
health care industry for the past 10 years. She joined IIPros in
2001, after working for Dean Health Plan and UW Health. IIPros
recruited Tiffany for several months before she agreed to join the
firm, but she has never looked back.
Tiffany specializes in working with small to medium sized employers.
Her work ethic has allowed her to consistently write more groups
than any other one agent in our office, and at times, had more groups
in underwriting than the rest of the agency put together. Tiffany
is great to be around with her incredible winning attitude. She always
takes time to help new agents and never complains. We are very thankful
Tiffany joined out team.
Brad
Jakel
Brad is unlike most agents in the insurance business. He grew up wanting
to be in the business. Brad pursued a degree in insurance from the University
of Wisconsin – Madison. He graduated in 1992 and started his career
with The Equitable, a company specializing in individual insurance. At
the same time, he started Insurance & Investment Professionals, Inc. Brad
is a proud father of four and spends most of his non – working time with
his family. He enjoys travel and food. Quoting Brad about the business,
he says “I am thankful for my good fortune, but most of all, the great
relationships I have made over the years. I love the people I work with
and think of them as my second family. I love this job and all the challenges
that it creates.
Chris Noffke 
Chris Graduated from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with
a degree in Psychology and Business. He made Wisconsin his home
in Oct. 2005, after being transferred here as a carrier representative.
After working with our office we noticed some distiguishing
characteristics in Chris that we felt could be a great asset
for our team. Now Chris works hard managing the marketing area
for our company. He enjoys rowing, biking, baseball and basketball.
Chris is also a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
